From this state of presence, free flow writing will help reveal your inner-most beliefs, desires, and blocks to help access a deeper sense of clarity in your life.
This experience will be guided by Anna Marden & Sonja Josephson. Anna is an experienced sound healing facilitator & free flow writing guide. Sonja is an Ayurvedic health counselor and a certified Yoga Nidra teacher.
